I'm a UX Researcher/Designer with 6 years of experience. During this time, I have acquired the necessary skills needed to understand human behavior and how to go about developing strategic but creative solutions. I've learned how to identify common behavior patterns of various personas. From this, I designed focused strategies in order to build trust and rapport with my clients and grow my business in multiple markets.
I believe in a balanced approach to life, as well as, UX Design. My strength as a UX designer/researcher comes from my diverse experiences. I graduated from Rutgers University with a Masters in Biomedical Sciences, built my own tutoring business, and spent four years in pharmaceutical sales. These experiences have given me a broad perspective and a unique insight into human behavior and why we do the things we do.
For me, communication is essential in developing effective and delightful user experiences. It's about being able to gain a true understanding of the mental models of your users, and in order to accomplish this task, you must ask thoughtful questions and be a skilled active listener . Ultimately, it’s about understanding the goals and desires of your users.
