My name is Viet Hoang and I have been a UX Researcher/Designer for 8+ years. My skills and experience have given me a comprehensive understanding of human behavior and psychology as it relates to both digital and physical experiences. I've worked with numerous clients in various industries from fintech to food services. The diversity of these experiences has provided me with a broad perspective on users' needs and motivations. These insights have allowed me to identify common behavior patterns of various personas, and from this, I've designed effective user flows and user interfaces to grow my clients' businesses in multiple markets.
